Postage & Packing charges
- For UK orders, Vivi-Direct charges a minimum of £4.95 for up to 2 garments.
- £1 is added for every extra garment after 2 garments. (i.e. 3 garments = £5.95; 4 garments = £6.95, etc..)
- For deliveries within Europe, the minimum is £12.50 + £2 per extra garment (i.e. 2 garments = £14.50)
- For deliveries outside Europe e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, and Worldwide, the minimum is £15.00 + £2 per extra garment (i.e. 2 garments = £17.00)
Do deliveries need to be signed for?
Usually yes, so it is better to give a delivery address where there will be someone around, but when you order online, you will receive an e-mail when the goods are shipped. Perhaps a note to your postman will tell him to leave the parcel in a safe and hidden place if that is your wish. Alternatively, the Postman will usually leave a card through your letter-box notifying you to contact the local sorting office to arrange delivery or collection if no one is at home.
Vivi-Direct will mail your linen clothing from the UK within 1 to 3 working days. Most often orders are mailed the same day. For UK orders, goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked, Signed-for Service. For overseas orders including the USA, goods are air-mailed from the UK by Royal Mail International Tracked, to arrive as quickly and as safely as possible. From arrival at our UK post office, the order leaves by air on the very same day. Vivi-direct cannot of course be held responsible for any postal delays that might arise in individual destination countries.
Credit/Debit cards accepted
Vivi-direct accepts all major Debit/Credit cards and American Express.
Vivi-Direct accepts Paypal online payments, Amazon Pay, and from September 2016 also Applepay
Exchange Rates & Import Taxes for goods ordered from abroad
vivi-direct can ship directly to anywhere in the world at the standard vivi-direct shipping rates listed above, if you place an order by contact email to email@example.com and vivi-direct issues a Paypal invoice to you in your local currency. Currency conversions will be set by Paypal.
Otherwise, orders will be charged in GB Pounds Sterling as this is a UK-based shopping site. The currency conversion will take place through your own card issuer at the moment the sale is processed, and will appear on your next statement in your local currency. You can check exchange rates with your local bank or online for an approximate idea. As a rough guide, 1 UK Pound is equivalent to around 1.25 US dollars, but may change up or down on a daily basis. vivi-direct cannot take responsibility for international currency exchange rates. Please also check whether any import duties,tariffs or taxes may be levied by customs in your own country, as vivi-direct cannot be responsible for any import taxes in destination countries. Custom declaration labels on international parcels will state that the contents are an internet purchase for customers' private use.

Any garment/s needing to be returned must be within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by your name, address, order number and delivery note. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn and undamaged, and in the same packaging.
Please note that SALE and Reduced items are non-returnable/non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The return address is on your delivery paperwork.
Return postage is at customers' expense and can be 2nd class mail, but please keep proof of postage for your records. Replacement items (styles, sizes, colours,) required will be sent to you at no extra postage cost. If a refund is requested, please allow up to 30 days from the date the return is received back for the refund to be processed.
vivi-direct reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items that are not in re-saleable condition, and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post whilst being returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
