Returns

Any garment/s needing to be returned must be within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by your name, address, order number and delivery note.  Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn and undamaged, and in the same packaging.  

Please note that SALE and Reduced items are non-returnable/non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The return address is on your delivery paperwork.    

Return postage is at customers' expense and can be 2nd class mail, but please keep proof of postage for your records.  Replacement items (styles, sizes, colours,) required will be sent to you at no extra postage cost.  If a refund is requested, please allow up to 30 days from the date the item/s is/are received back for the refund of goods to be processed.

vivi-direct reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items that are not in re-saleable condition, and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post whilst being returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
